You’re allowed to pivot as many times as you need to live the life you’ve imagined

What becomes possible when you stop waiting for change and recognize your own power to create it?

What becomes possible when you stop waiting for change
and recognize your own power to create it?

If you are feeling stuck, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to stay on a path just because you’ve been on it for a while. And you don’t have to wait for the perfect moment to begin again..
you have permission to pivot.

Sometimes the next chapter starts with a pause, a question, a shift in perspective or the courage to admit that something needs to change.

Sometimes it begins with first imagining something new.

I create spaces for individuals and organizations to reconnect with the power they already hold, imagine what’s possible, and turn possibility into meaningful change through coaching, consulting, movement, and community building.

Hi, I’m Sara.

I’m an ICF-credentialed coach, consultant, trauma-informed yoga teacher, community builder, and collective imagination practitioner.

I believe we all have something meaningful to contribute — and that change begins when we recognize the power we already hold.

I’ve pivoted many times in my own life.

I’ve left careers, changed direction, let go of what no longer fit, begun again, and figured out what comes next along the way.

I know what it feels like to stand in the space between what was and what’s next.

That lived experience is at the heart of my work.

I create spaces for people to pause, reconnect with themselves, explore what’s possible, and move toward what matters with greater clarity and intention.

So, what is a collective imagination practitioner?

Well, I kind of made it up.

I searched for the class, certification, or workshop that would give me a title for the work I felt called to do.

I couldn’t find it.

So I realized I needed to do what I was inviting others to do:

Imagine it. And create it.

Collective imagination is the practice of bringing people together to ask:

What else could be possible?

It’s giving ourselves permission to imagine new ways of living, working, creating, leading, and being together, and then beginning to make those possibilities real.

It is being with what is true while moving toward what is possible.

It’s giving ourselves permission to imagine new ways of living, working, creating, leading, and being together, and then beginning to make those possibilities real.

It is being with what is true while moving toward what is possible.

Insight and imagination are just the beginning.
Change happens when we put them into motion.

Insight is just the beginning.
Change happens when we put it

into motion.

I help turn new awareness into action. Maybe you are feeling stuck, looking to bring a new vision to life, navigating a life transition, or simply hearing the call for something new.

Together, we make space to imagine what’s next and build the clarity, confidence, and momentum to move toward it.

We can only live into what we can first imagine.

Giving yourself permission to imagine the relationship, career, community, or next chapter you desire is the first step in creating the life you desire.

You don’t need to have the whole path figured out.

You can pause.
You can question.
You can experiment.
You can change your mind.

You can pivot as many times as you need to live the life you’ve imagined.

Through coaching, I create space for you to reconnect with yourself, listen for what’s emerging, and move toward what matters.

Imagine the life you deserve.

There is a personal practice of imagination:

Giving yourself permission to imagine the relationship, career, community, or next chapter you desire, and then taking the actions to live into what you have imagined.

You don’t need to have the whole path figured out.

You can pause.
You can question.

Through coaching, I create space for you to reconnect with yourself, listen for what’s emerging, and move toward what matters.

Imagine what we could create together.

And there is a collective practice of imagination:

Bringing people together to ask what becomes possible when we stop assuming the way things are is the only way things can be?

What if an organization could imagine a different way of working together?

What if a community could envision new ways of caring, connecting, creating, and thriving?

What if a group could move beyond solving the problems in front of them and begin imagining the future they actually want to build?

Collective imagination creates space to step outside the familiar, surface ideas that haven’t yet had room to emerge, and see what becomes possible when we imagine together.

It’s not about pretending that current realities don’t exist.

It’s about being with what is true while making room for what could be.

I bring people together to listen, question, explore, and imagine and then to begin turning those possibilities into action.

I offer Board Retreat Facilitation, Collective Imagination Sessions and Non-Proft Fundraising Consulting bringing in my 20+ year career working in non-profit development.

When we imagine together, we can see things that may be difficult to see alone.

We discover connections, resources, ideas, and possibilities that were already there — but waiting to be brought together.

None of us holds the whole answer. We each hold a piece of the puzzle.

My role is to help create the conditions for those pieces to come together, so that new possibilities can emerge and meaningful change can begin.

One conversation.
One experiment.
One relationship.
One brave step at a time.

A pivot isn’t a failure of the plan. Sometimes, it’s the plan.

Whether you’re changing careers, stepping into a new season of life, transforming how you lead or work, or bringing people together in a new way, you already have more agency than you may realize.

My role is to help you see it, access it, and put it into motion.

Imagine what becomes possible when you stop waiting and start moving.

THE GATHERING

In The Space Between

An 6-week gathering for the season of transition

There are seasons when we know something is changing, but we aren’t quite sure what comes next. We’re no longer where we were, but we haven’t arrived at what’s becoming.

In The Space Between is an invitation to slow down and inhabit that middle space with curiosity, compassion, and community. Together, we’ll explore what we’re being asked to release, what may be quietly calling us forward, and how we can move through transition without rushing to have it all figured out.

October 19th-December 7th

4 fall gatherings + Post Holiday In-Person Rest and Restore Mini Retreat

  • "I started working with Sara during a time of transition in my life, where I was holding uncertainty on how to execute the new chapter. Sara came to each session prepared to guide me through attentive listening, deep questioning and a goal oriented focus. I left each session with a clear attainable action which would bring me closer to my desired outcome. Sara's ability to hold brave space for growth and reflection created ease in the liminal space of transition. Sara is a gift to those that need compassionate guidance!"

    -Kate C. (Charleston, SC)

  • "Coaching with Sara changed my life! I was moved into forward motion in the areas of my life I felt stuck and for the first time felt connected to all of me. She was always fully present and created trust and safety as soon as we started!"

    -Sandy, Massage Therapist (Champion, Ohio)

  • “I have known Sara for more than half of my life since meeting her in college. Doing a yoga retreat with her has been one of my goals for the past few years. The yoga, excursions and workshops were beyond what I had anticipated and the environment was exactly what I needed. I left feeling so full of life and love and brought some important "tools" home with me that will help de-stress and relax until I can return to another retreat. I'm so grateful to have had this experience with Sara and all the ladies that were there.”

You have permission to pivot.

Again. And again. And again.

You have permission to pivot.

Again. And again.
And again.

Because the life you’ve imagined may not look exactly the way you once thought it would.

And that’s okay.

You’re allowed to change your mind.
You’re allowed to imagine something different.
You’re allowed to create something new.
You’re allowed to take a new direction.
You’re allowed to create a life that fits who you are now.
