The Sol Journey
Reset in the Rockies
Winter Park, Colorado
August 23-27, 2026
A Late-Summer Women’s Retreat in the Colorado Rockies
Join us in the breathtaking mountain landscapes of Lake Granby and Winter Park, Colorado, where the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park meets alpine lakes, wildflower-filled trails, and endless open sky.
Late summer here carries a quiet kind of magic. Cool, crisp mornings. Sun-warmed afternoons. Stillness that feels both grounding and expansive.
Over five days, you’ll step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space designed for rest, reflection, and renewal.
This experience isn’t about how much you do. It’s about what shifts within you while you’re here. It’s about stepping just beyond your comfort zone and into a space where you can be inspired by movement, resourced by nature, nourished with locally sourced food, and supported by a community of women.
Many of us feel we’re standing on the threshold of something new, ready for a shift, even if we’re not yet sure what it looks like. Retreats offer an opportunity to slow down, step out of the day-to-day routine, and listen to what’s trying to emerge.
It’s a chance to connect with growth-oriented women, be held by sacred land, and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

A little bit about your hosts…
Hi, I am Sara…
I work with people and organizations who are doing transformational work, in their personal lives and the world around them.
Nothing lights me up more than when I can support people in realizing their own power to create change.
Growth, authenticity and service are the values that guide me toward my vision of gathering those who are committed to reimagining new ways.
I found yoga, mindfulness and mediation while I was battling with Postpartum Depression and Grief. I promised, as I discovered these tools in my own recovery, I would learn how to share with other women. I am now an ICF Certified Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, Women’s Circle Facilitator, Empowerment Retreat Leader and the Co-Founder of Meet us On the Frontlines, a non-profit connecting individuals who want to make a difference with those on the frontlines of community care.
I believe we all have something that is needed in the world right now. A unique gift, skill, idea or vision given to us for a reason and love supporting women as they discover their own voice and power.
✨“If not you, who? If not now, when?”✨.
